Chili prawns



Want to impress with minimum fuss in the kitchen? Heres a recipe for my killer king prawns… perfect for a canape drinks party to pass around.

Buy the biggest prawns you can afford, ALWAYS buy uncooked, peel if the shells are still on, but leave the end of the tails on so your guests can pick them up to eat.

Marinade in crushed garlic, lime zest and juice, sweet chilli sauce, a splash of fish suace and fresh chili, over night is best.

Either pop into a hot oven or if you have time, sear on a hot BBQ for an even better taste sensation, serve in shot glasses with a sweet chilli and lime sauce as the photo depicts. Enjoy 🙂
