We have two very talented pastry chefs working with us, here are some of the flavours available :

Valrhona Dulcey – crunchy peanut base, dark chocolate sponge, salted caramel mousse, Valrhona 32% dulcey chocolate, apricot, hint of chilli.

Black forest- modern version, rich and moist dark chocolate sponge, kirsch schnapps, white & dark chocolate mouuse, cherries.

64% Chocolate mousse- rich and dark 64% French chocolate, dark chocolate sponge, chocolate ganache, chocolate wrapper.

Carrot or banana cake-walnut sponge, cinnamon, cream cheese butter, salted caramel sauce.

Chocolate mud cake- glossy dark ganache
